.... i decided to stop stressing about xmas some years ago and feel much better for it :-)
i didnt do a course, but if that helps you ..
i remember it clearly , walking along mariahilferstrasse in Wien , watching people getting more and more stressed, and i thought, they are buying buying buynig for a "happy xmas " but in doing so they are away from their families and friends which is who they want to be happy with....
...
i stoppped christmas shoping at that time, and decided to give presence instead of presents

Often we relate stress to Christmas. In preparation and at the Christmas evening itself things can get tense. Do you know that? You have to buy the presents, to wrap them, the family needs your full attention, you are hosting friends, everything should be perfect, you need time and creativity for the Christmas tree & table etc. etc. etc.
