vienna hub connects people with passion, many play football, football very popular and well organised in Austria, boys rebel against school. let them play football and then rejoin education, or let them play football and train at mattursburg academy, a football academy that trains all aspects as well, uefa have foundation for education and sport, many african projects would struggle to respond, a cnetral vienna agency that applied for funding on behalf of all member clubs/teams would raise focus on the number of players without enough  balls, ->  linking vienna football clubs with clubs in africa for education and exchange, good idea.
