The Colouring Book - prototype
The process
Connects interested parties in Europe, to interested parties in Africa , and runs 4-6 sessions of zoom or #ideastreaming online to :-a. create profiles of players - slideshow like here
b. map out possible contents of 42 page, 80 sides of colouring and informational material ( 40 from Europe, 40 from Africa ) suggestions - house styles, foods, markets, school buildings, libraries, internet access, requirements of 2-6 year olds for education at home and in the system ...
c. create a pdf output to share, that is an example of The Colouring Book, and that also explains the process to a complete newcomer, ie the director of Amerling Gymnasium in Vienna or the head of Slumcode in Nairboi, of two groups co-creating a usable document for a specific age group on a specific theme, that links and bonds two gruops of 12 across continents
and also what happens is that as energies between stakeholders are shared, and people realise the strengths and limitations of others in the groups, moves are made to invest, in better internet connections and books for kids and adults in the camp for example.
The process is also specifically targeted to both a. raise the profile of great existing projects and b. to involve "on the bench" resource, that is currently benefiting from a "universal basic income", to enhance CVs of StepUp graduates through more contacts, skills and experience making them more employable within Africa and Europe,a nd give them a warm feeling from being productive within the local and global community
Here is a themed version:- The Colouring Book - Permaculture
